the plan
A new rhythm to work, home and play.
Just down the road from Denver, Castle Pines takes you by surprise with its forested hills of Ponderosa pine and Gambel oak. At the doorstep of Denver and Colorado’s rolling terrain, Canyonside will be the perfect mix of nature and city, rustic and modern, social and professional, energetic and serene, neighborhood and destination. A place to gather, shop and call home. An address for business with so much potential to design for today’s evolving workplace. With urban vibrancy and diversity that will help businesses attract and retain the metro area’s top talent.
This will be a place for all generations to catch up over wine and wood-fired pizza. Dance to reggae in the amphitheater. Work, live and play in one, highly walkable community. At Canyonside, city energy meets healthy greenspaces, winding trails and breathtaking mountain views. And that feels right for a place that’s so very Colorado.

A new center for Castle Pines and the region.
Located in the established City of Castle Pines, Colorado, Canyonside is poised to become a go-to destination for the Douglas County region.
